Return Policy: At Stop Light Go Light, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process within 14 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. We will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Upon acceptance of your return, please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can address the matter promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Sale items are non-returnable.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times by banks or credit card companies may vary. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee and a flat return shipping fee of $7.99 will be deducted from your refund.
Warranty Statement: At Stop Light Go Light, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal and intended use of the product. Warranty Replacements: For warranty replacements, if the defect occurs within 6 months from the purchase date, we will cover the shipping costs for your replacement unit. If the defect occurs between 6-12 months from the purchase date, you will only need to pay for the shipment ($7.99) of the replacement unit. Shipping Policy: We are delighted to offer free shipping on all orders to you. This includes standard shipping within the specified delivery timeframe. For returns, we will provide you with a return shipping label for your convenience. Please note that return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
